By creating an account or using Racello, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of Service
Racello provides a platform for endurance event registration, course information, and race-day services. You may use the platform for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Registration and Payments
Race registration fees are set by race directors. Racello collects a processing fee per registration. Refund policies are set by the race director for each event. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Racello to engage in fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Race directors may not misrepresent their events or collect fees for events that do not take place.
6. Intellectual Property
Racello and its logos are our trademarks. Content you submit (race reviews, race reports, photos) remains yours; you grant Racello a license to display it on the platform.
7. Disclaimers
Racello is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that race results will always be accurate. Participation in endurance events carries inherent physical risk; we are not responsible for injuries sustained during events.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your security settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you when these terms change in a material way. Continued use of Racello after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
